Notes:  The R.E.A.D. program, affiliated with Pets For Life, Inc.,

currently visits schools, libraries, ELL programs, aftercare

programs, medical clinic settings, assisted-living intergenerational

R.E.A.D. programs, church programs, and special events. We

have also partnered with Reach Out and  Read-Kansas City, which

is affiliated with two national literacy programs where we work with

mostly bi-lingual children. A major grant covers the cost of

materials for the R.E.A.D. program at Pets For Life, Inc.
